1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the INFILOFT website and placing orders, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour due to photography and screen settings. • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free. • INFILOFT reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if a pricing error occurs.
3. Orders and Payment
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (for online payments) or order is accepted (for Cash on Delivery). • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. • Online payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Visa, and Mastercard via Stripe. • INFILOFT reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability and will issue a full refund. • Fraudulent or suspicious orders will be cancelled and reported to relevant authorities.
4. Delivery
• Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan. • Free delivery on orders above Rs 2,000. • Delivery charges apply to orders below Rs 2,000 and will be shown at checkout. • INFILOFT is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. User Accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • INFILOFT reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account and make purchases.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the INFILOFT website — including logos, images, text, designs, and graphics — is the intellectual property of INFILOFT and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: • Use our website for any unlawful purpose. • Submit false or fraudulent orders. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. • Post defamatory, offensive, or harmful content. • Use automated tools to scrape or copy our content. • Resell INFILOFT products without prior written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
INFILOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of INFILOFT after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
