Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Use it on our Track Your Order page or the courier's website.
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in major cities at an additional charge.
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000. A flat fee of PKR 200 applies to orders below this threshold.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery. COD carries a small additional fee of PKR 50.

Yes. All gold jewellery is hallmarked according to Pakistani standards and comes with a certificate of authenticity in the packaging.
