All orders are packed in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging. We use TCS, Leopards Courier, and M&P for deliveries across Pakistan.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Eligibility
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it meets these conditions: ✓ Item is unused and in original condition ✓ Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact ✓ Item is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling ✓ You have the original receipt or order confirmation The following items cannot be returned: ✗ Earrings (for hygiene reasons) ✗ Customized or personalized items ✗ Items marked as "Final Sale" ✗ Beauty and skincare products once opened
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. • WhatsApp: +92 322 5104955 • Email: infiloftpk@gmail.com • Include your order number and reason for return. Step 2: We will send you a return confirmation and instructions within 24 hours. Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to our designated courier. Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item (2–3 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund methods: • JazzCash / EasyPaisa — refunded within 3–5 business days • Credit/Debit Card — refunded within 7–10 business days • COD orders — refunded via JazzCash or EasyPaisa (account details required) • Store Credit — available immediately, valid for 12 months Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with: • Your order number • Clear photos of the damaged item • Description of the issue We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
